THIS SESSION IS ONLY OPEN TO 6-8TH GRADE MATH TEACHERS AND TEACHERS WHO SUPPORT 6-8TH GRADE MATH. Strengthen understanding of integer operations, expressions, equations, and geometry in grades 6–8 through hands-on manipulatives. Explore how concrete models support reasoning, reveal structure, and help students connect concepts while moving from visual representations to abstract thinking. Participants who attend this session will receive a copy of the book Mastering Math Manipulatives in Grades 4-8, a class set of Ang Legs, and a class set of Algebra Tiles.

Develop fraction and decimal understanding in grades 3–6 through hands-on learning. This session explores how manipulatives help students visualize relationships, build connections between fractions and decimals, and develop flexible, conceptually grounded number sense beyond memorization.
