Jeff Spaller is a retired Sergeant from the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office with extensive experience in school safety, community outreach, and law enforcement leadership. During his 25 year plus tenure, he served in multiple divisions and retired while leading and supervising the School Resource and Community Outreach Unit. He also served as the BCSO SRO Liaison for the Baldwin County countywide School Resource Officer Program.
Mr. Spaller is a graduate of Fairhope High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University, along with a Master’s degree in Justice Administration with a concentration in Terrorism and Homeland Security. He has served as an adjunct professor for Huntingdon College and is a recipient of the FBI Trilogy Leadership Award.
He currently serves as the Safety and Security Supervisor for the Baldwin County Board of Education.
