This session is intended to provide new-to-BCBE faculty and staff with the need-to-know info about PLCs in Baldwin County, including, but not limited to, the 3 Big Ideas of PLCs, the team cycle, and your role in your new PLC team. This session will be presented by members of the BCBE Secondary District Guiding Coalition.
